The Black-Briar family is one of the most wealthy and influential families in Riften, and you know Maven will settle for nothing less than the best for her home!

Mod Features:

~ ESL flagged main plugin and patches...won't count against your max plugin count

~ Edited design of all 3 floors, including a new hot tub, kitchen, wine cellar, storage rooms and more

~ Added a Housekeeper (and bedroom)...after all Maven isn't gonna do the cleaning!

~ Added feature so the Quill of Gemination will display in the house after it's given to Maven in the quest Vald's Debt (it is now obtainable after quest completion!).  Also gives a +10 bonus to Speechcraft when in inventory, and allows you to create Special Ink, and if have this Special Ink in your inventory, and you're facing a book and use the quill from your inventory, it copies the book into your inventory!!!

~ Added some hidden loots!

~ Fixed several inconsistencies/problems with the vanilla building (seams, mis-aligned objects, etc), and added windows to match the exterior!

~ Added several pieces of furniture, and replaced most of the common/upper furniture with noble furniture

~ Added/replaced a LOT of vanilla non-static clutter, drapery, light sources, and other decorations for esthetics and immersion (very few static/ non-interactive items)
