Skyrim Exterior Particle Overhaul

This is Dabeasttv367's Skyrim Particle Overhaul without most of the interior edits, posted by permission, of course.  All exterior effects are preserved.

The one interior location retained is Helgen Keep, where only mist and blood effects were added.

There are 2 versions posted here.  The second is intended for slightly better compatibility with THE BIG PATCH.

The only difference is some added location names.  Select one please, and keep going ;-).

Here is the description from the Original Page

Skyrim Particle Overhaul adds thousands of new particle effects like groundfogs and ambient smoke for added ambience to the world of Skyrim. Objects that I thought lacked proper particle effects have been edited so that they are appropriately particle-y (For example, hanging rabbits in some locations now drip blood, and burnt corpses have steam rising from the surface).
