Dragons Use Thu'um - Dragon AI Enhancements and New Fully Voiced Shouts

Blacksupernova's amazing mod has been in my LE load order ever since I discovered it, and when I finally moved to SE It was not ported, and the mods that were somewhat similar to this were not quite my taste. So I decided to make my own from scratch, drawing inspiration from Blacksupernova's mod.

MOD FEATURES

With this mod every vanilla dragon, including DLC and Special ones like Alduin, Odahviing, Paarthurnax and Durnehviir will have their breath attacks overhauled. For instance instead of roaring when using fire breath, dragons will use the words of power YOL TOOR SHUL! Ironically these voice lines are inside the game sound files but Bethesda never properly utilized them. In addition to Fire and Frost Breath, Dragons will use Unrelenting Force, Disarm, Ice Form, Dismay, Phantom Form, Become Ethereal... and etc (ALL ARE FULLY VOICED) I have personally edited all the vanilla wav. files with Audacity, and turned them into FUZ, so that it remained very similar to the original mod, while still being different. With the latest 6. 5 update, a single shout will have multiple shout sounds that will play randomly for more diversity! Also 6. 5 gave Durnehviir his own unique shout sounds so he sounds a bit different to regular dragons now! Dragons will now use standing breath animations for some of their shouts! Big thanks to Dragon Animation Replacer Mod! Make sure to use Open Animation Replacer if you want those new animations! Furthermore, their AI and combat styles has been tweaked to have them use their shouts much more cleverly now! With the latest 8. 0 Update dragons now have cooldowns on their shouts so they won't be spamming them over and over anymore!

EACH NEW SHOUT AND WHAT DO THEY DO:

Fire Ball (Yol Toor Shul): Restored the fire ball shouts vanilla dragons had.

Flame Wave (Toor Shul): A flame wave shout that is similar to Dragonborn's Fire Breath.

Frost Ball (Fo Krah Diin): Restored the frost ball shouts vanilla dragons had.

Ice Wave (Iiz Krah): A frost wave shout that is similar to Dragonborn's Frost Breath.

Unrelenting Force (Fus Ro Dah): Similar to players Fus Ro Dah, Dragons will throw you and other NPCs backwards.

Unrelenting Pull (Fus Ro Zaam): Targets hit by this shout will be pulled towards the Dragon.

Fear Aura Dismay (Faas Ru Maar): NPCs  or the player hit by this shout will receive a health and stamina regeneration debuff and will be staggered. NPCs will also run away in fear.

Ice Form (Iiz Slen Nus): Dragon's shout will freeze anyone for 4 seconds.

Disarm (Zun Hal Viik): Dragons will unarm you and NPCs. No longer should you need to worry about losing your weapons, they will be sent back to inventory!

Drain Vitality (Gaan Laah Haas): Dragons will drain the health, stamina, and magicka of their target.

Soul Tear (Rii Vaaz Zol): Dragons will tear the souls of their living targets. If there are any corpses around, they will also use this shout to make them their undead thralls.

Soul Breath (Rii Zii Haas): A unique beam shout that does magicka and health damage to the target.

Dominate (Aam Uuv Diir): Dragons will dominate the will of the npcs hit by this shout, making them slaves to the dragon. They will fight for the dragon for the duration of the shout (has an MCM option to disable the option for followers, so your followers will be immune)

Breath of Mora (Nahkriin Vobalaam Al): A new unique beam shout used by Serpentine Dragons, it will cause poison damage and leave Apocrypha tentacles around.

Frenzy (Boziik Krin Mey): NPCs hit by this shout will go into a frenzy, attacking bot
