Simple Add Carry Weight MCM

This mod simply allows you to add more carry weight to your current limit using a Mod Configuration Menu (a.k.a MCM). It doesn’t modify actor values directly, or edit race entries. Instead, the mod uses an ability that is almost identical to the Extra Pockets perk, but not related. In other words, it should be compatible with other carry weight mods, even the Lite version of this mod.

• []There is a slider that increments by 500K carry weight at a time. It can be used to set your carry weight to ridiculous numbers very quickly, and It ranges from 0 to 10M.

  []You can use the manual field to input your own values. It can be used to fine tune how much carry weight you have, in case you want to give yourself a modest boost. The limit is 10M.

  []Setting the value to 0 will completely remove the effect from the player for easy clean up.

  Current limitations:

  • []This mod is not able to reduce your carry weight below its normal value, though I can certainly look into that in the future if anyone expresses interest.

    []You can only set your own carry weight, it doesn’t affect your companions.

    []You cannot set your carry weight to be any higher than 10M because it will start to negatively impact anything else giving you carry weight bonuses. I.g. It can give your Extra Pockets perk permanent reductions.

    Installation

    ! Make sure you install all the dependencies as well, or this mod will not work. !

    You can use a mod manager like Vortex or Mod Manager 2.

    Manually install the files:

    • []Download the latest version.

      []Extract the contents of the .zip file into Skyrim's Data directory. "Skyrim Special Edition\Data\"

      The Skyrim Special Edition folder location depends on what platform you installed it from. For Steam its in the "Steam\steamapps\common\" folder.

      Make sure it's working:

      []Boot up the game.

      []You may need to go to Creations and Load Order to enable the mod.
