BFS effects (burn freeze shock) port

Just a simple port of pauderek's essential LE special effects mod "Burn Freeze Shock (BFS) Effects" for SE/AE.

So fun turning enemies into popsicles or crispy, crackly nuggets! (Namira approves.)

2nd NOTE: idk if this is a result of porting or not, but you don't need the "Augmented" perks to see the visual effects. Also, hitting enemies with Fire Frost or Shock enchanted weapons has a chance of applying their effect to the corpse. Send a Draugur flying with a smack of your frost warhammer and watch it turn into a Draug-sicle in mid-air. Or, take out your anger on its corpse after it's dead and watch your enchanted weapon apply its destructive magic (doesnt drain your weapon to do so, either)! Torches also will apply the burned effect upon a killing blow, or after death; you may have to smack (bash) em a few times. And, it seems certain corpses (eg trolls, vampires) ignite & burn much faster than others; quite immersive! :D

RECOMMENDED: Install with a mod manager. (I use Vortex. tried the other managers and I definitely prefer vortex.)
