Bradar's Ring of Enchanting n Stuff (a cheaters dream come true)

First off:

DO NOT TRY TO DISENCHANT THE RING. YOU WILL CRASH YOUR GAME.

So this took me a very long time, I have been leeching mods from Nexus for a long time and decided it was time for me to make something of my own. I had been looking around for a fortify enchanting ring/apparel and absolutely could not find one for Skyrim Special Edition. So I watched some tutorials, read some articles and I came up with this. Now I am still not the best at modding so if someone would like to volunteer to help me out a bit I would love it. But as of now the only way to obtain the ring is through the console. If you don't know how to use to console to spawn an item then I will explain it down below. Here is a screenshot of the ring:

As you can see the ring gives a lot of bonuses, it gives bonuses to health, heavy armor, one handed damage, pickpocket, etc. But OF COURSE! IT GIVES A TON OF ENCHANTING BOOST. No more will you have to do glitches in order to get OP gear, now you have a mod for it.

To spawn the ring simply press follow these steps: 1. Press the ~ key and type in 'help "bradar" 4" 2. Look for the prefix "ARMO" and note the code in here () for example (8002310) (not your actual code) 3. Type 'player.additem YOURCODEHERE x' the x is how many of the rings you want. 4. Enchant??
