Summon the Matron of Massacre she uses weapons made of bloody bones! Her skull mace causes gore and her shield is a horrifying corpse. She casts a gore causing flame spell and summons skeletons.
Spell tome is in the lair of screams slave quarters along with her mace and shield for you or a follower. Another set is on the road in Riverwood.
Matron of Massacre uses nazarethblood's absolutely gorgeous Erana Ironhand - Nord Shieldmaiden - 3BA BHUNP - ESPFE with their permission. The regular follower is untouched and is still available for adventuring.
Her gruesome weapons were made by XvomTheMad from the mod bloody bones, whom has open permissions. Amazing work!
Summoning her does not count as a standard skyrim summon, meaning you can still conjure other things at the same time. In addition she does not count as a follower.
