Arachnea attacks with Gore causing weapons and she sexes her enemies to death.  Her companion Spiders cause extreme gore with their attacks.  She can cast the dissolve spell to liquify her prey just like a spider.  She also conjures gore causing glow spiders.

Summoning her does not count as a standard skyrim summon, meaning you can still conjure other things at the same time.  In addition she does not count as a follower.
