Summon the four fiendish Ghosts of the horrifying Gore Girls. They will follow you until they die... again.
The ghosts cause extreme gore via their gore enabled attacks. They also casts the infamously gory finger of death spells in multiple variations.
Summoning them does not count as a standard skyrim summon, meaning you can still conjure other things at the same time. In addition they do not count as followers.
Their summoning spell tome is on the road in riverwood. Another is in the Lair of Screams.
