Summon Anya of Armageddon. She uses a custom battleaxe and casts a gore causing flame spell. Battleaxe with effects is available for you as well. Let Anya unleash hell in your game.

She acts like the other Serana Dead Sexy Succubi and will follow you until death. Of course you can just summon her again, to bring her back from the clutches of Molag Bal.
Anya uses Jvasquez666's absolutely gorgeous Rachel High Poly Follower ESPFE with their permission. The regular follower is untouched and is still available for adventuring.
Ash Kicking version gives her ash related spells and she summons an ash Golem from the ash golem mod by Mihail
Her battleaxe was made by XvomTheMad from the mod axe of armageddon, whom has open permissions. Amazing work!
Her spell tome and axe is on the road in riverwood, and another in the lair of screams undercroft.
Summoning her does not count as a standard skyrim summon, meaning you can still conjure other things at the same time. In addition she does not count as a follower.
She is completely compatible with all Serana Dead Sexy Addons
