Realistic Grimdark Legendary Difficulty

This is a simple mod that does two very important things:

(No scripts and uses an ESL Plugin)

1. Modifies Legendary Difficulty so that both the Player and NPCs are much more deadly to each other.

In Vanilla Skyrim, Legendary Difficulty would decrease player damage.

Now, it actually INCREASES player damage to make up for increased NPC damage.

2. Modifies Angular Acceleration Rate settings so that enemies will no longer spin around wildly while swinging.

Attacks are committed now!

A misplaced swing will leave actors wide open while they attack.

This makes a HUGE difference especially when fighting larger creatures.

You can now effectively dodge attacks!

You will now need to Block, Bash, and Dodge more often to avoid death!
