Blade and Blunt - A Combat Overhaul

Blade & Blunt is a complete overhaul of Skyrim’s combat designed to increase the game’s difficulty and encourage active resource management. It uses modern modding tools to enhance Skyrim's combat, tighten the gameplay loop, and create opportunities for player skill expression and RPG-style character development.

Requirements

  []Requires SPID and its dependency, Po3's Tweaks. This mod is required for all modern gameplay modding.[/]

  []Requires Scrambled Bugs. This mod unlocks several restrictions on Vanilla perk entry points, such as Apply Combat Hit Spell. Scrambled Bugs has several settings that must be activated in the json. You can download my recommended settings here. [/]

  []Requires Actor Value Generator and its dependency, Lexicon SKSE. This plugin allows me to add new actor values to the game.[/]

  []If TrueHUD is installed, Blade & Blunt will add a Stagger Bar above the Health bar for the player and all NPCs. If you do not use TrueHUD, you cannot benefit from the Stagger Bar. However, the rest of the mod will work as normal. [/]

  []Requires the Dual Casting Fix to address a critical error with the way the Vanilla game determines whether the player is dual casting. [/]

  []Comprehensive Attack Rate Patch is strongly recommended, as a huge number of my comments come from users with Attack Speed bugs in their load order who don't know how to fix them.[/]
