I recently moved my modlist to the latest Skyrim version, and noticed that the saving and loading functionality in the PC Head Tracking and Voice Type MCM was disabled. Judging by the comments section of the OG mod I wasn't the only one, so here's a fix.
Installation:
Download with a mod manager, let it overwrite files from PC Head Tracking and Voice Type.
Compatibility:
This patch is for PC HTaVT version 4. 8 only! If there ever is an update to that mod this fix will most likely have been included in it. Do not use with any other version!
