Screenshot Helper NG

A port of doodlum's Screenshot Helper to CommonLibSSE-NG that also fixes the longstanding issue of screenshots overwriting each other if taken during the same ingame minute and in the same location (such as when using the console command tfc 1 to pause the game).

Differences to the original:

• []Ported to CommonLibSSE-NG so one .dll works with all game versions.[/]

  []Instead of a FOMOD with multiple installation options an .ini file has been added which allows toggling Wabbajack mode on and off. Defaults to off.[/]

  []The bug of screenshot files overwriting each other has been fixed.[/]

  Mod overview:

  In the vanilla game all screenshots are saved in the game folder with an increasing counter: Screenshot001.png, Screenshot002.png, Screenshot003.png, etc. With Screenshot Helper the screenshots are instead sorted into subfolders found under Screenshots, with each subfolder named after the name and race of your character. Each screenshot file name is formed based on the (ingame) date and time and the location it was taken in. In case a file with the same name already exists, an index suffix will be appended to the file name.

  With Wabbajack mode on (set "Wabbajack = true" in the ini) the top folder is named " Screenshots" instead. This prevents the folder from being removed if the mod is used in a wabbajack list installation and the user updates the list.

  Has been tested and confirmed to work with game versions 1. 5. 97 and 1. 7. 104. Probably works with others too. VR compatibility unconfirmed, as I don't own VR and can't test it.
