Changes Ocato's Recital spell from Apocalypse, so it's more balanced and fair.
Ocato's Recital is a very interesting spell, it frees you from having to navigate menus and cast your defensive spells everytime you want to start combat. However, it's incredibly overpowered as it gives you three spell slots for casting right off the bat. This little mod changes that: you get only 1 slot at the beginning, then 2 slots when your Alteration skill reaches 50, and 3 slots when you reach 75. That's all.
