I love NordwarUA's armor mods, they are top-notch and most importantly fit in Skyrim's aesthetic imo. Though most of his mods are replacer but I want to keep vanilla's armors too. I made this mod for my personal use but NordwarUA is kind enough to give me permission to share this on Nexus. Thanks NordwarUA.

This mod adds new elven and orcish armors for the Thalmors and Orcs in Skyrim to increase variety of their armors. They are all standalone, craftable and distributed to appropriate NPCs.

You will find the Thalmor soldiers wearing the new armors and Orcs in stronghold wearing new outfits according to their ranking and classes.

Thalmor Armors Set

Stats are are around the same with elven armors. Craftable with elven smithing perk.

Thalmor Elite Armors Set

Stats are better than scaled armor. Craftable with Advanced Armor Smithing perk.

Orcish Berserk Armors Set

Light armors. Stats are around the same with scaled armor. Craftable with orcish smithing perk.

Orcish War Armors Set

Heavy armors. Stats are equal to orcish armors and they look the same with hi-res and a bit more reflective texture. Craftable with orcish smithing perk.

Orcish Warchief Armor (Chest)

Heavy armor. Stat is slightly better than orcish armor. Craftable with orcish smithing perk.

Orcish Chain Armor (Chest)

Heavy armor. Stat is slightly less than orcish armor. Craftable with orcish smithing perk.

Orcish Barbarian Armor (Chest)

Light armors. Stat is around the same with studded armor. Craftable without smithing perk requirement.

Orcish Forgemaster Armor (Chest)

Light armors. Stat is around the same with elven armor. Craftable with orcish smithing perk.

Optional Files

Elven Weapons Retexture

Retexture for vanilla elven weapons to match the color of the new armors. If you are using aMidianBorn's vanilla elven armor texture, it should not have noticeable difference unless you are an artist or have keen eye for colors. However it won't match the vanilla elven armors' texture.

Orcish Weapons Retexture

Retexture for vanilla orcish weapons to match the color of the new armors. If you are using aMidianBorn's vanilla orcish armor and weapon texture, it should not have noticeable difference unles
