I made this mod because the dynamically remove bloom and hdr doesnt work for me.
This is a great resource for making better enb and reshades.
If using RLO or ELFX and Wyre Bash, Merge if you want those settings more prevalent otherwise dont merge
If you don't know what hdr/eye adaption is, its hard to explain so I made this video which shows all the different settings.
Keep in mind, this video is with no mods, enb, or reshade.

this mod aims to make it so that shadows and dark rooms in general, more consistent
I also suggest changing this setting in skyrimprefs

This is that extra glow you can see even after the bloom has been removed.
Currently in the mod: All vanilla and DLC HDR has been removed
Conflicts: Anything that changes the Eye Adaption or Bloom values
works currently with true storms, vivid weathers, and nat from user reports, not sure about other weather mods (better luck if you have it higher than the weather mods in your load order)
