MCM Unlocked

MCM Unlocked removes the 128 MCM menu limit in SkyUI by replacing its fixed preallocated storage with a dynamic system.

Instead of reserving 128 empty slots at game start, MCM entries are created only when needed, meaning mods only consume resources when they actually register a menu. This eliminates missing MCMs caused by SkyUI's hard limit and ensures all installed mods can register their configuration menus.

The MCM registration system has also been reworked and is now extremely fast at startup, making plugin loading effectively instantaneous even with large mod lists.

MCM Unlocked also provides direct menu management features inside the MCM itself, allowing menus to be renamed, reordered, disabled, or restored at any time using configurable mouse and keyboard shortcuts defined in the INI file.

I've been working on upcoming projects with a much larger scope, requiring many configuration options spread across multiple MCM menus to keep things readable and usable.

From this observation, I decided to address this long-standing limitation of SkyUI: the hard cap of 128 MCM menus.

  The mod replaces SkyUI's MCM storage system in 'SKI_ConfigManager', which is originally limited by a fixed-size array of 128 entries 'SKI_ConfigBase'. This limitation comes from Papyrus itself and forces SkyUI to preallocate all possible MCM slots at startup, even when they are not used.
