Adds a village at the crossing between Fort Sunguard, Bloated Man's Grotto and Falkreath Hold.
There is a inn, an alchemist and a blacksmith.
In addition 11 quests are available at the village and in addition 1 breadcrumb quest to Granite Hill in Falkreath. 8 quests in Granite Hill are available from the get go. The other 3 are available when you completed other quests at the place.
There is also one new dungeon near the village that is used in 1 quest.
