Adds a village between Karthwasten and Broken Tower Redoubt. Includes an alchemist, a blacksmith, an inn and a general goods store.
Also adds 10 quests and unique dialogue to all the new npcs. There are also 4 minor locations added for the quests.
Quest locations:
1. Talk to Somerled Crook-Antler.
2. Follow up to Somerled's quest.
3. Talk to Askold after Somerled's first quest was completed. The quest needs a location change to trigger. Leaving and re-entering the house is enough. This quest is repeatable and chooses randomly from 3 different versions of this quest. After completing it another location change is necessary to get a new version.
4. Talk to Durmia.
5. Talk to Dugald after Somerled's first quest was completed.
6. Talk to Takama.
7. Talk to Stina.
8. Talk to Truwor.
9. Talk to Deike.
10. Talk to Ambrine.
