Fish Plaque Fixes and Improvements

• []Fishing Creation Club DLC was given for free to all users by Bethesda, but it was shipped with broken fish plaques:

  []There are 9 fish plaques in each of the 3 Hearthfires homes, and any fish mounted on these plaques are suppose to be stored in 27 ReferenceAliases on the plaque control quest.

  []However, all 3 homes had their fish plaques hooked up to the first 9 ReferenceAliases.

  []This means you can only mount 9 fish on those 27 plaques, with the duplicate plaques non-functional.

  []There are also 3 fish plaques in Proudspire Manor. Bethesda didn't even create ReferenceAliases for these.

  []USSEP also added their own fix.

  []Bethesda eventually fixed this in the latest update as well.

• []Fish plaques might now point at non-existent ReferenceAliases.

  []Fish plaques might be stuck in a broken state.

  []Bethesda's fix doesn't detect fish already mounted on plaques fixed by earlier fixes.

• []Retroactively point all fish plaques to the canonical ReferenceAliases from the Bethesda update.

  []Reset any fish plaques stuck in a broken state.

  []Automatically detect previously mounted fish that are broken and remount them.

[]In vanilla, after you mount a fish, there is a useless dialog box telling you "fish is mounted". This mod removes that dialog box.

[]In vanilla, after you mount a fish, the inventory menu remains, but it is useless, and all you can do is exit. This mod now exits the inventory menu automatically.

[]In vanilla, if you have many fish in your inventory, the game will ask how many fish you would like to mount with a quantity dialog. This is pointless since you can only ever mount 1 fish. This mod now prevents the quantity dialog from popping up.

[]In vanilla, Proudspire Manor's fish plaques break if you mount small fish. After mounting, the fish is stuck in a non-interactive state due to
