This is a lightweight patch that restores Fertility Mode support for NPC-to-NPC scenes in OStim Standalone.
The original Fertility Mode OStim integration only handles player-involved scenes. As a result, NPC vaginal encounters may not register insemination events correctly. This patch listens for OStim orgasm events and forwards the appropriate Fertility Mode insemination event when a male NPC finishes inside a female NPC during vaginal intercourse.

Installation
