However I wanted something smaller and more modest. This is a single fish vendor, Skardi, open most hours during the day.
I've created a custom mesh for the stall and added a few other details.
Since the vanilla game has dialog which suggests that both Fruki and Irgnir are single, I've made the Skardi the brother of Fruki. Fits well since Fruki has an extra bed in her house.
Skardi has a simple schedule that goes house->stall->inn->repeat.
There are a few different positions he will sit/stand/lean by the stall, and occasionally walk on the docks for a moment before coming back to the stall.
Compatibility:
This should be compatible out of the box with: JK's, Great Cities, COTN.
The only edit is a small landscape edit which removes some grass, but it's really fine if this gets overwritten as well. There are no landscape height changes.
If you have issues, put this above your overhauls.
