📋 About This Mod
Ever wanted to have your horse carry your weapons for you? Ever thought that the weapons equipped on your character looked weird while on horseback?
Using Immersive Equipment Displays, now it's possible to have your horse do this for you.
What does this mod do?
- Detects equipped weapons and shield.
- When mounting a horse, all equipped weapons and shield will be displayed on the horse.
- While on horseback, drawing a weapon will disable the corresponding display. Sheathing/unequipping will enable it back.
- When dismounting a horse, the displays will be disabled, just like taking your weapons back.
- Supports each type of weapon for the main hand.
(Sword, Dagger, War Axe, Mace, Greatsword, Battleaxe or Warhammer, Bow and Arrows, Staff, Crossbow and Bolts, Shield)
- Display carcasses from Carry your Carcasses, Bounties from Headhunter and various misc items without using the horse's inventory.
- Highly configurable through the IED's UI.
Big changes in version 3. 0 of the mod
- Everything is done through presets now, no more .esp files and scripts.
- Scabbards are kept visible when a displayed weapon is drawn while on horseback.
- You can apply to any kind of mount and have a different setting for each mount using the UI.
- Equipment and/or displays have physics now.

How to get started
Start by applying a variable preset, a new feature from version 1. 7. 0 of IED.
Navigate to "View>Variables", select a preset from the drop down menu, and click on "Merge":
Choosing Equipment, for example:
This step is necessary to load the items from the player's, or NPC's, inventory.
Then, go to "View>Display manager>View>Custom items", choose where to apply, Actor, NPC or Race, for example.
You'd want to apply the preset to a horse, you can choose the horse race to apply the preset to all horses:
Always apply both presets(one in variables and the other in custom), otherwise, the displays won't work properly.
Disable displays when the horse doesn't have a saddle

In the variables view, set CS_DisableNoSaddle to 1, to disable the displays:
