Avenue Overlook -- Small Attic Player Home in Solitude

Description

A small, one-room attic loft located in the attic of Angeline's Aromatics in Solitude. It is in a separate cell accessed through a new door placed inside the store on the second floor (yeah I know it doesn't really make perfect physical sense, imagine there's a staircase between that door and the door you see in the attic). There is plenty of safe storage, with much of the clutter acting as custom storage containers (weapons, clothing, crafting supplies, food, potions, books, etc). The book on the desk can be used for enchanting, the alembic on the shelf to the right can be used for alchemy, and on that same shelf there is a whetstone and hammer used for improving weapons and armor, respectively. You can cook/bake with the cooking pot/baking tray next to the fireplace. The home is free to enter/own but Angeline will probably get pissed if you try to enter at night unless you've completed a quest for her... unless you use the other entrances. Alternatively, Aproco made a patch that allows you to buy the house for 1400 septims available on his patch hub.

To avoid having 2 load screens to get to the room, I added 2 separate entrances to the house. The first is directly to the left of the front door of the shop, an invisible marker that brings you straight to the room-- think of the load time as walking through the store. The second is above the front door, through the window directly into the room. You can parkour up there from the Castle Dour smithing area to enter through here. You can also exit the building directly through the window or through the main door: The right side of the door will take you straight to the street, while the left side of the door will put you back inside Angeline's store.

Installation

Install with mod manager as normal. I decided to not be a bum and ESLify it this time, hope I did it right

Compatibility

Should work with any Solitude overhaul as long as they don't move the Angeline's Aromatics building. Even if they do, that will only break the external doors-- the internal door will work fine. Compatible with JK's Angeline's Aromatics.
