Tsetsa/Ceca was hand sculpted on UBE 2. 0 mesh, was inspired by various irl persons and suddenly came out pretty convincing in Skyrim.
Includes the Bodyslide preset for brows UV maps edit, and the built brows mesh for the use with Even More Brows texture(s).
The selection of this hairstyle was inspired by MoonHamster's character, although this Tullius hairstyle was edited by me in terms of nif file and textures, the eventual result you may see on the last screenshot.
The preset file is called "Tsetsa UBE" in Racemenu PRESETS tab.
