There is already an Untarnished UI patch included in the original mod. It's not bad per se, but it's not exactly what I would like to see in the game. Have a look at both and then decide which one appeals to you more.
1. Uninstall every instance of Nexus Mod Manager.
2. Install MO2 or Vortex.
3. Install using one of them and let my mod overwrite Achievement Injector
