3BA BBW Bodyslide Preset

Well, THIS is Where it All Began (Long Boring Story)

When I first began creating mods for Skyrim SE back in 2018, there really wasn't much available as far as custom body presets. You had your basic CBBE, Seraphim, UNP, UUNP, and UNPB bodies (pre BHUNP, 3BA/etc), and these were basic foundations for skinny and voluptuous bodies. There were 1 or 2 presets then that were improvements to the original CBBE Body, but there was, however, nothing addressing Larger Women that I could find, and one day, while creating my first Imperial character, I decided I wanted her to be a voluptuous, Mediterranean-looking vampire. I did find one BBW preset among the few available Barbie-type bodies, but it wasn’t exactly to my liking, and This is what led me to the decision to try and tweak body shapes to my tastes in Bodyslide.

When I started playing with Bodyslide I was Immediately HOOKED!!! . . . . I have somewhat of a fine arts background, and while only 1 semester was required, I spent 3 semesters drawing the human form, male and female, from live nude models, enthralled by the curves and contours of the human female, which always felt more organic and flowing than the mathematical definition and precision of male musculature. All of this carried over into my modding, and before I realized it, I was channeling my lifelong obsession w/ pinup art and the female form into Skyrim. Too often in the past I had downloaded a new follower, wanted to give her different gear, and when I went to equip her, I would remove their armor and these GIMOUNGUS DYSMORPHIC Boobies would Spring Out, and their shape was nowhere close to the clothes they were wearing. I had Long Wanted to start a series of Youtube videos showing my approach to Bodyslide and creating my presets as a tutorial for others, but I knew that it would involve too much nudity for a Youtube audience. So, I figured the best way to help others would be to release a series of presets of all shapes and sizes, because to me All are Beautiful. My presets usually range in shape vastly between 0 and 100, because as people gain weight, their body shape changes. Some of my presets are more realistic, while some I let loose on, being more inspired by lowbrow art and comics. I like to blend reality and fantasy in a way that the lines between them aren’t clear. I have provided them as a guide, and you can undoubtedly find a shape to your liking SOMEWHERE among them, and then use that as a foundation to create your own vision of Beauty.

Since I started on this mission, I’ve watched the availability of body presets EXPLODE on the Nexus, and I’m glad to have done what I can to contribute, and am Forever Thankful to those who have helped, suggested and supported me along the way.
