This mod changes a mesh alpha property on the Witness hairstyle from KS Hairdo's, fixing a bad issue which causes eyes to become invisible. Install manually or with NMM. MO2. Overwrite when asked to.

All I did was change the transparency threshold to 128 in nifskope. If you encounter similar issues on other hairstyles this may be the fix for them but I am not guaranteeing anything. Only that it fixed my specific issue on this specific hairstyle. I've highlighted the values that must be changed in the image below.
