About the Mod
This mod provides a complete HD texture overhaul for the bows and quivers - standard and unique - of the fantastic Dragonborn DLC. It contains completely new textures and materials, but the bows and quivers will still match seamlessly with the other vanilla gear while providing a unique and lore friendly look.
This is a WIP which will be updated as I progress, so track this file after your download. I will upload each file as a single set as well as a package to allow a maximum level of customization. These files are pure texture replacers and contain no ESP files.
v. 1. 0 : Stahlrim Set
The Stahlrim set has been completely overhauled with brand new HD fur, wood, leather and metal textures to give the bow and quiver a more realistic and visually pleasing look, while sticking close to its intended character. They are a perfect match for the other Stahlrim gear as you can see on the images.
v. 2. 0 : Nordic Set
The Nordic set has been overhauled as well with brand new wood, leather and Horker bone textures to give this bow as well a more realistic and visually pleasing look, while it fits seamlessly with the other Nordic gear which features some really nice weapon models imo.
About the looks of it images can say more than thousand words of mine - especially since I had the honour to be able to get some of the greatest screenarchers on the Nexus as beta testers for my work. Requirements
Skyrim 1. 8 is required for this mod to work as well as Dragonborn DLC.
Installation
Download the mod file and extract the file into your skyrim directory, e.g. C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonskyrimData and say "yes" when being asked to integrate and override.
Un-installation
Delete the file via NMM or manually by deleting the files contained in the mod folder within your Skyrim "Textures" folder.
