Console Spawning:
As mods have a dynamic Item ID I can not provide the Item ID, although here is a tip to find it.
Open console and type: Help Elucidator After this you should get the Elucidator Item ID Now you can spawn it like you would with any other weapon/item.
Stats: Weight: 17 Reach: 1. 2 Speed: 1. 4 Damage: 17 Crit Damage: 6 Damage Per Second: 23
