My Winter Car Vortex Extension

Adds My Winter Car support to Vortex Mod Manager. Choice of MelonLoader or BepInEx will be automatically installed.

Steam version of the game will be automatically discovered. Other versions may need to specify the installation location manually.

🛠️ Mod Installation Notes:

• []MSCLoader, BepInEx (Mono), or MelonLoader will be automatically downloaded and installed, based on user choice. You can swap loaders at any time by Removing the current one from Vortex and changing your selection in the popup. If you are switching away from MSCLoader, use the Purge function to get the popup.

  [] NOTE: If you are using MSCLoader, you must run the installer after the mod downloads. Vortex will send a notification reminding you to do this.

  []Assembly-CSharp.dll files will be installed to the "mywintercar_Data/Managed" folder.

  []Mods for MSCLoader are installed to the "Mods" folder.

  []Texture Pack Loader mods (MSCLoader-dependent) are installed to the "Mods/Assets/TexturePackLoader" folder.

  []Mods for BepInEx will be installed in the correct folders ("BepInEx/plugins" or "BepInEx/patchers").

  []Mods for MelonLoader will be installed to correct folders ("mods" or "plugins").

  []Asset files (.assets, .resource, .resS) will be installed to the "mywintercar_Data" folder.

  []Mods with a "mywintercar_Data" folder will be installed to the root folder.

  []Any other mod not described above will be installed to the root folder.

  📋 Usage Notes:

  • []You can open several useful files and folders using the buttons within the folder icon on the Mods toolbar.

    []You can change which mod loader you have installed by Removing the current one and changing your selection in the popup.
