🛠️ Mod Installation Notes:
-
[]Automatically installs Fluffy Mod Manager (FMM) and REFramework ((for plugins and script mods). You must run FMM to install mods into the game data archives.
[]Installs loose .lua script files directly to "reframework/autorun" folder (Fluffy does not handle these mods properly).
[]Installs mods for FMM to the correct folder "Games/DRDR/Mods". Mods are re-zipped at install to maintain full compatibility with Fluffy to handle variants.
[]Installs mods with .exe files or a few select dlls directly to the game root folder (bypassing Fluffy).
[]Fluffy Preset .prt files are installed to "Games/DRDR/Presets".
[]For mods not to be used with FMM (upscalers, reshades, etc.), you will need to change the mod type to "Binaries / Root Folder" and unzip the mod in the staging folder.
📋 Usage Notes:
-
[]You can open several useful files and folders using the buttons within the folder icon on the Mods toolbar.

FAQ:
Q: Why does the extension integrate with Fluffy to Install Mods?
A: Here are a few details as to why this choice was made:
- [
- A secondary requirement of using Fluffy properly is keeping mods in zip files. The Vortex extension must re-zip the mod files during installation to do this. This is usually very fast, but could take a short time for large file-size mods, depending on your PC performance.
