When you are not war with any civilization, gain 2 Trade Route capacity. International trade road from other civilizations provide Trade parties 2 Science, 2 Culture. Leader Agenda: Be My Friend Tries to get more friends and form multiple alliances, respect those who do likewise, Dislikes those with few alliances, or denouncing/attacking his friends and allies.
