shura version is up, it requires a param edit though, so far i tried yabbering flame isshin param and the param from shura tengu and playing "NpcParam" into flame isshin's param and it worked fine. you CAN use it without the param but his cape doesnt seem to work no matter what i try
Installation：

Copy all 3 files "c5400.chrbnd.dcx" "c5420.chrbnd.dcx" and "c5409.texbnd.dcx" into your own "\mods\chr" folder.
still working on removing the mesh i found a bandaid fix for now but the top of his head is very slightly a different colour to his body and there is a gap between his head and neck where the meshes dont meet
This was my first mod so im really happy with how this turned out, ABSURDLY massive thanks to cc jr., ku8uu, igor, Forsakensilver(asasasasasbc) for his FLVER Editor, Pears FLVER Editor and BlueSteveY for EVERYTHING i mean seriously without them this wouldn't have existed.
tested in most overhaul mods and seems to work perfectly fine.
