Lore Explanation;
After many years, the Iron Magatsu returned from a thousand battlefields to the land of Ashina. He was too late. Ashina was burning. Isshin was dead. Everything he had helped to build had been burnt to ash by the Ministry. A woman named Emma gave him a bell, one to present to the Buddha at a dilapidated temple to the south.
The word for 'Wolf' was carved on its surface.
Presenting it to a Buddha in the temple, the Iron Magatsu awoke in a well, a letter in his armored hands.
"Kuro's Wolf, Your destiny awaits you at the moon-view tower. Escape from the well and find the tower bathed in moonlight.
Even without a blade, you can reach it. Stay silent. Stay vigilant."
With nowhere else to go, the Iron Magatsu follows the letter, and his retreading of The Wolf's story begins.
