Simply place the "parts" folder inside of your mods folder in Sekiro's files.
This is my first ever mod. Thus, I cannot confirm if using a mod manager would work for this. If you think it'll be fine, by all means go ahead. I would simply say to just put it in the mods folder by yourself.
