Modded Tuz 119 Lynx X2

This works in the latest UPDATE 6. 0/6. 1 (MARCH 2026)

The TUZ 119 LYNX SCOUT & Lynx with TRAILER now has the following edits done to make it more usable:

The steering has been improved with more angle and faster response times. Bigger tyres/tires, faster gear changes, more engine horsepower/torque, can also go deeper into water without flooding engine. Can clear fog up to 500 meters.

Longer, stronger & faster winch. Trailer also has larger wheels.

Everything from previous updates work: Start/stop engine & secure to trailers.

There is 2 files  for download: 1 is just the scout and file 2 is the scout with the trailer.

Updated to latest's game version, manual gearbox, bigger fuel tank, better fuel consumption. Scout has a bigger reserve fuel tank also.

SETUP 

Download the file

Go to this directory - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RoadCraft\root\paks\client\default (Or go to steam and check local game files)

Backup - default_other.pak

Once backed up, open default_other.pak that is located in the above directory (Not your backup) using Winrar.

Go to - default_other.pak\ssl\autogen_designer_wizard\trucks

In this folder, replace the files with the ones you downloaded. (you may have to unzip the downloaded file)

Confirm any overwrites.

BEFORE LAUNCHING THE GAME DELETE "DEFAULT_OTHER. PAK. CACHE"

This is located in - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RoadCraft\root\paks\client\default (Or different depending on your set up)

MODS NEED TO BE REINSTALLED EVERYTIME THE GAME DOES AN UPDATE!!!

* I have my steam games installed on another drive so my folder path is different.   D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\RoadCraft\root\paks\client\default

You can also go to your steam library and right click on RoadCraft- Properties- Installed files- Browse and it will show you where the game is installed.
