Remove the forehead wrinkles on Leon

Basically removes Leon's wrinkles on his forehead to make him look younger. It replaces the current normal map files with RE4's.

Place the pak file under:

RESIDENT EVIL requiem BIOHAZARD requiem/pak_mods

If you want to make it Fluffy compatible, place the pak file inside the folder of any mod you are using and it should install it for you when you enable that mod. The manager is basically doing the above step anyways when you enable it.
