Maybe try a development build at https://github.com/praydog/REFramework/actions/workflows/dev-release.yml - obviously these are.. Development builds? And may throw more fuel onto your existing problem. But it's worth a try. Just click on the latest Workflow, like for example 'VR (RE9): Fix squished view ', and then scroll down to "Artifacts" section and download the latest RE9 version.
