Hey people! Today I plan to release something for Grace and something for Leon, hopefully. Been aming to do another outfit for Grace but had some IRL things to do. Anyway, this one is Higgs, from Death Stranding. Loved how it looked and the client was kind enough to let me share it here.
Replaces Default Leon, just keep in mind that this will break dlc heads : ( Still, not a biggie since you can only wear one suit at a time.
Made 2 versions, one with the antenna thingy, one without.

Install it with fluffy mod manager : )
1) Download this
2) Drop it on Fluffy Mod Manager's mod folder: modmanager\Games\RE9\Mods
3) Enable it on Mod manager
4) MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LOOSE FILES TURNED ON WITH RE FRAMEWORK
