The mod works for both Hair Strands options, tho the Hair on Grace will be fake Hair Strands not like the Engine's New Strands, Far from it.
but it allows you to keep hair strands On so that Leon and other characters have the Hair Strands and don't look weird with ugly hair Cards.
i Created this mod cuz the Hat on her head for the Dimitrescu Skin is so Fqn unproportionatly large it clips thru her hand when holding guns and hides her face in cutscenes. no more of that.

Just to be safe, have ReFramework installed too and have it enable loose file loader.
