Again, changes the MAXIMUM stack size. You will not magically have more blood!
There are currently a few options for stack size changes:

]Multiply by x2/x3/x4/x5/x10.Stacks over the max size will clamp down to the max stack size on load. Meaning if you run the game with a lower or vanilla stack size than you had before, you will lose any items over the new size.
