Description

Medic lets you bring teammates back into the fight in R. E. P. O. Get close to a downed player and press R to revive them — and if you go down, you can self-revive after a short cooldown.

The best part: it works whether you're the host or a regular client. Medic bypasses the usual host-only restriction, so anyone with the mod installed can be the team medic — not just whoever's running the lobby. Revived players come back with a configurable amount of health, so you decide whether a revive is a full second chance or just enough to get moving.

Everything is configurable: the key, the reach, the cooldowns, and the health you (and your teammates) come back with.

Installation Instructions

Manual install

• []Install BepInEx 5.x for R. E. P. O. if you don't already have it.[/]

  []Download the latest Medic file from the Files tab.[/]

  []Extract the archive into your R. E. P. O. game folder (the one containing REPO.exe) so that Medic.dll ends up in BepInEx/plugins/.[/]

  []Launch the game once — a config file is generated at BepInEx/config/headclef. Medic.cfg.[/]

  Mod manager

  Installing through Vortex or a R. E. P. O. mod manager works too — just enable Medic and make sure BepInEx is installed.

  For revives to sync in multiplayer, the player performing the revive needs the mod installed.
