Dev Deadeye

There are 2 disabled options in the deadeye fx file. I enabled them and applied clear deadeye settings to give it better night vision.

The tint during the day comes from the policecamera that you will find in the fx_deadeye file, set it to false if you don't want to use it.

The other option shows render targets. You can also disable it by setting it to false.

This mod is still experimental and I have yet to find any advantages given by having the cams on. I discovered this a decade ago and though it should be publicly released during this drought.
