Delays receiving the Boltcaster until Crew Quarters. Cuts down on its ammo massively. Gives abilities a spotlight.
Dr. Kohl has cracked down on the Boltcaster. The only one remaining is in Crew Quarters, encouraging the player to obtain and use neuromods, and find more creative means of dealing with Cystoids in the meantime. Ammo has been highly limited, and there's no fabrication plans, so you should avoid shooting somewhere you can't find it.
