Addresses problems with a chipset and a weapon. Also disables the preorder items in Morgan's office if present.
This mod was created to address the following two problems:

[]The Recycling Immunity chipset, unlike effectively all other chipsets, does not appear in the chipset randomization pool.

]The Golden Shotgun, despite the description implying its appearance in William and Catherine Yu's executive suite, is absent in that location.The Golden Shotgun's appearance has been restored, and the Recycling Immunity chipset re-added to the randomization pool.
With the recent 1. 2 version, preorder items in Morgan's office are removed.
