Classic Prayers

When the game was released in 2015, all "Prayer Against ___" spells had the following stats:

• []Area of Effect: 2. 5m Radius

  []Duration: 30. 0 sec

  []+50 Defense against

  []+50 Defense against

  []-10 sec duration

  []-5 sec duration

  When patch 3. 0 came, all these spells were changed to have the following stats:

  • []Area of Effect: 3. 0m Radius

    []Duration: 20. 0 sec

    []Immunity to

    []Immunity to

    This mod reverts all the "Prayer Against ___" spells back to their original forms. (This will make the game slightly harder.)

    Only the English descriptions have been changed back to their original versions (I was too lazy to copy the other translations).

    Installation

    Extract the zip files, and copy the contents into your Pillars of Eternity installation folder. The spell file should overwrite 8 original game files. The scroll file should overwrite 6 files. You can install both or either one, depending on your prefererences.

    Compatibility

    • []This mod modifies files that Prayer and Litany Fixes also touches. This mod contains the same fix for Prayer Against Bewilderment. If using both, this mod should overwrite that mod.

      []Compatible with the latest game version 3. 9.

      []Compatible with the previous game version 3. 8.

      []Not sure if compatible with the legacy version 3. 7., not tested

      []Recommended to be used with RTwP mode. Technically works with turn-based mode as well, but the "-X sec duration" effect was not originally intended for TB, and may behave weirdly.
