♻️ How Recovery Works

two modes, your choice

• []DURABILITY BASED: Recover a percentage of materials based on remaining durability  - ✅ Default on[/]

  []FIXED RATE: Always recover the same percentage regardless of wear  - ❌ Default off[/]

By default, using an item and losing durability stays a meaningful mechanic.

Not your style? Want to hoard every last scrap? Switch to a fixed return rate in the config.

🔧 Installation

Smart role detection. Install mod everywhere, client, host, server. It will detect what authority you have to spawn items to your inventory and give you appropriate controls to work.

Mod is on the Steam Workshop if preferred

  []Copy the Pal folder into your Palworld install location:

  Or, manually move the AntiWaste folder to:

  ⚙️ Configuration

  Recovery behaviour is fully configurable

  Please be careful when making adjustments.

  Any small out of place adjustments will break the mod.

  config.lua

  • []MaterialRecoveryRate - controls how many materials you get back.

    0 = durability based (always returns at least 1 of each material)

    Any other value forces a fixed percentage return

    0. 1 = 10% · 0. 5 = 50% · 0. 75 = 75% · 1 = 100%

    Defaults to: 0[/]
