Robbing a wealthy person's house used to net you a few dozen Septims, if you were lucky. Now, a good haul of silver items will fetch a pretty penny, usually about 10-35 Septims per piece. Lower and middle class items are worth substantially less, around 1-15, but at least they're worth something now. Installation:

• []drop .esp file in "OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data"

  []open Plugins.txt and add "RealisticMiscItemValue.esp" line
